My work is rooted in a deeply personal journey.

For much of my life, I carried the pain of growing up without the emotional nurturing, guidance, and unconditional love that every child deserves. Like many women, I learned to survive by becoming strong, independent, and capable. Yet beneath that strength lived a longing to feel seen, supported, and deeply valued.

My own healing journey led me through years of trauma recovery, personal growth, and somatic healing. Along the way, I discovered that many of the struggles I experienced as an adult—self-doubt, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting myself, and feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs—were connected to wounds that began early in life.

Through healing, I learned that while we cannot change our past, we can transform our relationship with it. We can reconnect with ourselves, learn to honor our needs, and cultivate the inner sense of safety, belonging, and self-compassion that may have been missing.

This work has profoundly changed my life. It has allowed me to show up more fully in my relationships, deepen my connection with myself, and become a more present and attuned mother.

Today, I am passionate about supporting women who carry similar wounds. Through somatic therapy, trauma-informed coaching, and compassionate guidance, I help women reconnect with their bodies, heal the impact of childhood experiences, and create lives rooted in self-trust, resilience, and authentic connection.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you have always been beneath the pain, the survival strategies, and the stories that no longer serve you.
